Shipping Policy
ShopX is committed to providing fast and reliable delivery for all orders. As a multi-vendor platform, shipping times and costs may vary depending on the seller and your location.
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, our buyer protection policy ensures you are covered.
Eligible Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The item is not as described in the listing.
- The wrong item or size was delivered.
Return Process
- Go to your Order History in your dashboard.
- Select the order you wish to return and click Request Return.
- Fill out the return form and upload photos of the item.
- Wait for the seller's approval (usually within 24-48 hours).
- Ship the item back using the provided label or as instructed by the seller.
Refunds
Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
