Shipping Policy

ShopX is committed to providing fast and reliable delivery for all orders. As a multi-vendor platform, shipping times and costs may vary depending on the seller and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, our buyer protection policy ensures you are covered.

Eligible Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The item is not as described in the listing.
  • The wrong item or size was delivered.

Return Process

  1. Go to your Order History in your dashboard.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click Request Return.
  3. Fill out the return form and upload photos of the item.
  4. Wait for the seller's approval (usually within 24-48 hours).
  5. Ship the item back using the provided label or as instructed by the seller.

Refunds

Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
